  It took 7 calls to schedule an appointment. The Representative was very hard to hear and sounded extremely bored; I had to repeat my phone number to him three times.
  
  After almost a month of waiting, I went to my appointment as scheduled. The lady at the front desk seemed surprised to see me, and said that they had called me to try to reschedule. When I said that I hadn't gotten a call she seemed indignant, and repeated a phone number back to me that was no where near close to mine. She stated "Well THAT'S the phone number we were given". I replied, "Why would I give you a different phone number? That does not make any sense whatsoever. Why would I want to trick you to mess up my own appointment?". She then tried to reschedule me and became frustrated with my schedule restrictions. I'm sorry, I work. I drove 20 miles across town to this appointment that you're cancelling on me. And why? I overhead the owner, or Manager, mention that they had regular customers coming in. So because I had a Groupon, I got pushed back.
  
  This business is supposed to be in a customer service oriented industry. I felt that the Beauty Center Salon and Spa is poorly run, inadequately managed and that my experience was not relaxing but rude and somewhat hostile. Not to mention the fact that the representative at the front desk was a 50-something year old woman with a faded dye job and old tattoos. She looked like she had more reason to be a high school janitor than a spa therapist.
  
  Avoid this business if you can. There are spas out there that would love your business that will give you a more positive, better quality experience.
